Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000

The Role

As a High-Performance Team & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical operational role
across our sponsored athlete program (the High-Performance Team), marketing events, and
community engagement. You’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our athletes have the
support, resources, and guidance to thrive while also contributing to broader marketing
initiatives.

This fast-moving, high-ownership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic
environment, loves endurance sports, and gets energy from keeping things running smoothly.
The ideal candidate has a deep passion for sports and a strong understanding of endurance
athletes—whether as a competitor themselves or through direct experience working with
athletes. You’ll balance business objectives with the unique needs of high-performance athletes,
all while helping to bring The Feed’s marketing activations to life.

What You Will Own

High-Performance Team (85–90%)

  • Create and distribute HPT newsletters.

  • Organize monthly HPT team meetings and internal briefs.

  • Coordinate and schedule webinars with vendors.

  • Assist in executing HPT-specific marketing campaigns.

  • Travel to events to support athletes with media coordination and content capture.

  • Track and update athlete race results and performance.

  • Manage athlete onboarding documents and processes.

  • Issue and track athlete credit and free product allocations.

  • Maintain athlete response forms, roster organization, and social/onboarding tracking.

  •  Handle shipping logistics for helmets, hats, and athlete product orders.

  • Manage the helmet tracker; run weekly calls and generate shipping labels.

  • Serve as the point of contact for branding partners.

  • Manage the hat inventory and coordinate purchasing.

  • Upload and organize HPT content assets.

  • Support vendor and athlete product seeding.

  • Serve as liaison with Simon for athlete communications.

  • Assist with concierge calls for athlete support.

  • Travel regularly to events (ranging from approx. 1–3 events per month) to manage

  • on-site athlete support, logistics, and media coordination.

Single-Race Sponsorships

  • Track and report on deliverables for single-race sponsorships.

  • Draft and manage single-race contracts.

  • Coordinate branding approvals and execution for race activations.

  • Issue credits associated with single-race programs.

Broader Marketing Support (10–15%)

  • Support cross-functional marketing projects outside of HPT, gaining exposure to

  • campaigns across email, social, and paid media.

  • Assist with event activations, content deliverables, and creative projects that connect

  • The Feed to new audiences.

Technical Competencies:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or customer experience.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong follow-up skills; nothing slips through the cracks.

  • You love lists, calendars, and knocking out checkboxes.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Passionate about endurance sports and curious about the world of athlete sponsorship.

  • Able to juggle multiple projects and timelines with confidence.

  • Willing to travel as needed to support event activations.

  • Comfortable with regular domestic travel and occasional weekend work to support athlete events and activations.
