Anticipated Contract Role from June - December 2025 

The Feed is the leading online marketplace for athletes seeking the best in sports nutrition, fueling strategies, and performance supplements. We partner with top professional athletes and brands to provide our customers with the highest-quality products and expert education.

We’re looking for a High-Performance Team Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting and managing our roster of 70-80 sponsored athletes across gravel, road cycling, triathlon, ultra-running, and HYROX.

This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for sports and a strong understanding of endurance athletes, whether as competitors themselves or through direct experience working with athletes. The ideal candidate can balance business objectives with the unique needs of high-performance athletes, ensuring they have the support, resources, and guidance to thrive.

This position reports directly to our Senior Marketing Manager in Broomfield, CO.  

This is a 2-day-a-week in-office position with the ability to travel to races as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Sponsorship & Branding

  • ​​​​​​Schedule and lead weekly meetings with Ron and Jason to align on branding initiatives

  • Maintain and update helmet trackers to ensure accuracy.

  • Generate and distribute shipping labels for athletes as needed.

  • Coordinate with athletes and agents to provide accurate helmet arrival estimates.

  • Collaborate with the senior manager on new helmet designs and manufacturer logo placements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for branding partners.

  • Work with the marketing team to develop content that enhances brand visibility across social media, email, website, and advertising.

  • Monitor key content initiatives between The Feed and sponsored athletes.

Operations:

  • Maintain internal systems and procedures for the athlete roaster, including:
    • Onboarding documents 
    • Sponsorship contracts
    • Athlete page responses
    • Credit usage
    • Race calendar 
    • Race results and podium standings
    • Free product tracking
  • Organize and facilitate yearly HPT kickoff calls
  • Distribute biweekly HPT Newsletter forms and collaborate with high-performance team senior manager on newsletter creation
  • Oversee budgets for helmets, vendors, travel, and content
  • Manage the content calendar and payments sheet for accounting purposes.
  • Act as the liaison for international order queries between athletes and Jonathan.
  • Ship orders, helmets, and products as needed.​​​​​​​

Compensation:

  • Salary range between $75,000 - $100,000/year based on experience
