Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Compensation: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
About The Feed
The Feed is the largest sports nutrition marketplace dedicated to helping athletes perform at their best. We bring together leading sports nutrition brands, products, and expertise to help athletes fuel their training, racing, and recovery.
About the Role
The Feed is looking for an energetic, hardworking, and resourceful Event Activation Specialist to help bring our brand to life at endurance sports events across the country.
This is a seasonal position anticipated to continue through June 2027. Work schedules and hours will vary based on event needs, and consistent weekly hours are not guaranteed.
This travel-based role will primarily support HYROX competitions and Rock 'n' Roll Running Series events, with opportunities to work additional races and brand activations. You'll be part of a dedicated, trained event team deployed individually, in pairs, or in larger groups depending on event needs.
From building expo booths and managing event logistics to engaging with athletes and representing The Feed, this is a hands-on position that requires initiative, adaptability, and a great attitude.
We're looking for people who don't just show up and wait for instructions. We want quick thinkers who take ownership, solve problems, and bring consistent energy even after a long day on their feet.
What You'll Do
Event Execution: Travel to events nationwide to assist with expo setup and teardown, loading equipment, building displays, retail operations, and on-site activations.
Athlete Engagement: Represent The Feed professionally and enthusiastically, educate athletes on our products, and create positive, memorable brand experiences.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot unexpected challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and independently execute assigned responsibilities.
Event Operations: Maintain organized, stocked, and presentable event spaces; assist with inventory management, packing, and equipment organization.
Training & Preparation: Attend in-person training at our Broomfield office and assist with warehouse staging, equipment preparation, and event logistics as needed.
Post-Event Support: Participate in event debriefs, provide feedback, and assist with post-event inventory and equipment organization.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, thinks on their feet, and genuinely enjoys being part of the endurance sports community.
Proactive & Resourceful: Recognizes what needs to get done and takes action without constant direction.
Energetic & Resilient: Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic through long, physically demanding event days.
Outgoing & Well-Spoken: Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with athletes and customers.
Reliable & Adaptable: Dependable, organized, and able to solve problems in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.
Hands-On & Team-Oriented: Willing to roll up their sleeves, tackle physical work, and support teammates wherever needed.
Passionate About Endurance Sports: Ideally participates in HYROX, running, or other endurance sports and understands the athlete community.
We value attitude, initiative, and coachability over extensive event experience. Previous experience in events, experiential marketing, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Based in Denver/Boulder or surrounding Colorado areas, with the ability to attend occasional training, warehouse preparation, and post-event debriefs in Broomfield.
Available for domestic travel, including multi-day assignments of up to four to five consecutive days, weekends, early mornings, and occasional evenings.
Comfortable working event shifts of approximately 8–12 hours, including extended periods of standing and walking, with appropriate breaks and accommodations.
