eCommerce Website Manager - Full Time
The Feed provides athletes with the widest selection of active nutrition and healthy snacks on the market today. We use science, our experience, and advice from athletes to give our customers personalized recommendations for better nutrition. Our e-commerce platform allows customers to learn about nutrition and then build a custom box for one-time or subscription purchase.
The eCommerce Website Manager will be responsible for managing The Feed’s online store and ensuring that it is operating efficiently and effectively. This role will oversee the entire eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content production schedule. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily marketing activations and have technical skills (but not programming) to operate a high-volume Shopify store.

The position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado office.
Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the quality of all products listed on the website working with cross-functional teams on product description, imagery, pricing, bundles, reviews, questions & answers.
- Execute the marketing calendar regarding visuals on the website homepage, pricing updates, and discount code creation.
- Review the customer experience, screen recordings, heat maps, and journey paths to suggest site optimization to the development team that will enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities to improve the online shopping experience.
- Work with the development team to identify issues and coordinate new feature deployment.
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce website management, preferably with Shopify and with a retailer doing at minimum of $20M per year.
- Strong project management skills (Asana is a plus) and the ability to manage multiple products and daily marketing activations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Asana, and other tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media best practices.

Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 per year based on experience
