Graphic Designer

This role is to become an In-House Designer at The Feed. More details are below.

Our customers are primarily endurance athletes (cycling, running, triathlon) and range from athletes attempting their first Marathon to stepping onto the podium at the Olympics. The best part is these athletes LOVE The Feed and how we help them get better at the sport they love. 

Our business grows by 100% every year with best-in-class metrics for CPG marketplaces regarding LTV, CAC, and loyalty (over 70% of our sales are from repeat customers). We have also completed over $10M in outside funding this past July (our first external funding round) and run a profitable business.

We are currently looking for a Designer to manage the production design of our online store, email marketing promotions, and social advertising creativity. You will develop designs for new products as they launch on the store, build brand-specific shopping experiences, and align with the day-to-day marketing calendar. 

While this job is primarily production design, there will be numerous opportunities to work on print, packaging, and specific aspects of UX design. 

The position is full-time and based in our Broomfield, Colorado office. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, have rapid daily production design experience, and work with various styles and brand identities as we build creative that is reflective of the brands we sell. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics for the homepage, product pages, and category pages at The Feed.com
  • Coordinate with the overall marketing calendar, executing the creative for social media and emails marketing. 
  • Work with the product team on onboarding and launching new products and managing all product imagery. 
  • Work on print products, including creating personalized printed brochures that are dynamically created and produced in-house for each customer's order. 
  • Work on paid social creative for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Work in Photoshop or equivalent and be organized to maintain source files and assets management using Lingo. 

Essential requirements: 

  • Ability to translate "big picture" strategy to actionable tasks and follow through on tasks. This is a gets stuff done job.
  • Willingness to help out where needed, no matter how small the need.  
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand key performance metrics on creative that converts and expand and follow design strategies that engage and get users to click. 
  • Passion for the outdoor/athletic industry is a bonus.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in graphics design and fluency in online/eCommerce/dtc creative is a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and work on a variety of different styles.
